Tours from Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, the tour sells out. Avoid hassles, stress, and disappointments. Book ahead for guaranteed reservations. Booking take less than 2-minutes.

How do I buy tickets?
Purchase tickets online, or call us at (786) 275-5387. After booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation, containing your receipt and itinerary.

Do I need to print my receipt?
No, a printed receipt is not necessary to board the bus. The driver will have your last name on the manifest and be expecting you.

What if I need to change the date, or cancel my tour?
We know travel plans change. That's why you may change or cancel your tour for a full refund, as long as you notify us 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.

Will you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes, free pick-up is available from hotels in Fort Lauderdale, Miami Beach, South Beach, Downtown Miami, and select hotels near Miami Airport.

Can I reserve the tour with my hotel?
No. Space is limited, therefore, we do not allow hotel employees to sell our tours.

Where can I park my car?
Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami (401 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132). The rate is $15 for the day.

Can I bring luggage on the bus?
Yes, 1 piece of luggage, plus 1 carry on bag, per person.

How big is the bus?
The vehicle is a 60-passenger, air-conditioned motorcoach.

How is seating assigned?
Seating is based on a first come, first serve basis.

How long does it take to drive to Key West?

What are some good items to bring on the bus?
Smart phone, Tablet computer, MP3 player, books, magazines, camera, snacks, sleeping shades, and an a travel pillow.

Will I see the 7-Mile Bridge?
Yes, we cross the 7-mile bridge at Mile Marker 47.

Can I take pictures?
Of course! Photography is encouraged.

Can I eat on the bus?
Yes, you may bring food and beverages with you, but please do not throw trash on the floor. Deposit trash in the waste basket, in the front of the bus. Don't put chewing gum under the seat and treat our bus with care.

Where do you drop-off and pick-up in Key West?
The tour bus stop is located next to the Mel Fisher Museum (200 Greene Street) in Old Key West. Nearby attractions include: Duval Street, Mallory Square, Shipwreck Museum, Custom House Museum, Audubon House, Harry Truman Little White House, and Ernest Hemingway House.

How much free time will we have in Key West?
You'll have approximately 6 hours. See fun things to do.

What time do we return to Miami?
The bus returns at approximately 9:30 PM.

Can I go to Key West for more than one day?
Yes, book a Key West Multi-Day Trip, and stay for as many days as you like.

Do you offer group rates?
Yes! For parties of 5 persons or more, contact us with the specifics of your group.

What languages do you offer?
The driver and guide speak English and Spanish.

Can you tell me about Key West?
Famous for its history, this tropical island is home to famous landmarks such as the Southernmost Point in the United States, Ernest Hemingway's Museum with the 6-toed cats, Fort Zachary Taylor, and a spooky above ground cemetery to name a few. Offering more than historical landmarks, the Key West is also home to famous places such as Mel Fisher Museum, Sloppy Joe's Bar and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.

Do we need a car?
Key West is a small town. You won't need a car. Most of the sights, bars, and restaurants are in easy walking distance. You can also rent bikes, golf carts, and scooters to get around. If you are driving yourself, obey all speed limits and be prepared for parking to be difficult.

How do people dress?
Key West is really casual. A sundress for ladies and khaki shorts for guys is as dressed up as anyone ever gets. In the same vein, there are no Miami-style clubs, with long lines, expensive cover charges, and dress codes.

Are there beaches in Key West?
There are a two beaches in Key West, the most popular is located at Fort Zachary Taylor, at the southern end of the park. But between you and me, the beach scene in Miami is much better. Go to the Keys to explore. Go to Miami for the beach. That being said, Key West is a great watersports destination, so bring a bathing suit and sunscreen, if you plan to get wet.

Should I bring an umbrella?
Miami, Florida is the 8th rainiest city in the U.S. Having an umbrella on hand is always recommended, especially during the rainy season (July, August, September).

What is your hurricane policy?
If a tropical storm or hurricane threatens to spoil your vacation, we promise to waive all cancellation fees and secure refunds for customers with prepaid tours.


Keys Shuttle

Do I need to make advanced reservations?
Yes, reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. After booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation, containing your receipt and itinerary.

What airports do you service.
We provide transportation from the Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports, to and from any address in the Keys and Key West.

Where are the pick-up locations?
  • Door-to-door pick-up is available anywhere in Key West and the Florida Keys.
  • From Fort Lauderdale Airport: the pick-up location is on the ground floor of all arriving terminals.
  • From Miami Airport: pick up is on the ground level, located between terminal D & E (American Airlines Baggage Claim), Exit the Terminal and cross two sets of traffic lanes. The pick-up location is at the Public Bus Terminal.
What are the vehicles like?
Our fleet consists of new, clean, and comfortable - full size vans carrying a maximum of twelve passengers. Our professional drivers will get you to your destination safely. You can depend on us to pick you up at your home or hotel and take you directly to your airline on any of our scheduled shuttles.

How much luggage can I bring?
You can bring 1 piece of luggage, plus 1 carry on bag, per person. Pets weighing under 8 pounds in a carrier are allowed. Bikes are not allowed

Can I take the shuttle, if I am not arriving or departing on an airline?
Yes. To book online, enter "NA" in the "Airline" filed. Fort Lauderdale pick-up is outside Southwest Airlines baggage claim. Miami pick-up is at the Public Bus Terminal, between terminal D & E.

What is considered the "Key West" pick-up area?
This includes: Stock Island; Boca Chica Key; Rockland Key; Big Coppitt Key; Geiger Key; Shark Key; and all of Key West

What is considered the "Big Pine" pick-up area?
This includes: Sugarloaf Key; Cudjoe Key; Summerland Key; Ramrod Key; Big Torch Key; Little Torch Key; Big Pine Key; No name Key; Bahia Honda Key; Sunshine Key; and all of Big Pine.

What is considered the "Marathon" pick-up area?
This includes: Knight Key; Boot Key; Vaca Key; Colony Beach; Grassy Key; Duck Key; and all of Marathon.

What is considered the "Islamorada" pick-up area?
This includes: Layton; Coral Key; Long Key; Fiesta Key; Lower Matecumbe Key; Lingumvitae Key; Shell Key; Upper Matecumbe Key; Windley Key; Tavernier; Platation Key; and all of Islamorada.

What is considered the "Key Largo" pick-up area?
This includes: Ocean Reef Club; John Pennekamp State Park; and all of Key Largo.



Snorkel Tour

What if I've never gone snorkeling before?
Our experienced crew will give you detailed instructions as you sail out to the living coral reef. They will go over the best practices and safe snorkel procedures for your day at the reef. Additionally, a crew member will be in the water with you for hands on assistance.

Are wetsuits available?
Wetsuits are available for a fee of $10.

How long the boat trip and how much snorkel time do we get?
The total snorkel trip time is 3 hours. Guests will enjoy an hour to sun and relax as we sail out to reef, an hour of reef snorkeling, and the last hour to continue sun bathing and relaxing as we sail back to shore.

Do you have to know how to swim to go snorkeling, or para-sailing?
Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator vest that will assist with flotation so that you can view the reef.

What should I bring with me?
Guests should bring a towel, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Do you have life jackets for children?
All guests are provided with Buoyancy Compensators for snorkeling. Life jackets are onboard for everyone in case of emergency.

Can we buy food on the boat?
Complimentary beer, wine, soda, and water are served. You are more than welcome to bring lunch and snacks.

Are there places to get our of the sun?
Each catamaran has a seated sundeck.

What if it rains?
We don't sail in dangerous weather conditions, but a light shower is not a deterrent.

If someone wants to come on the trip, but does not snorkel, does it cost less?
No, the ticket price is the same for everyone.


Glass Bottom Boat Rides

What time are the tours?
2:00 PM and 5;00 PM everyday

How big is the boat?
It is a 65 foot catamaran, air-conditioned, enclosed, with a shaded viewing cabin, snack bar, sundeck, and 2 restrooms.

How many people can see at once?
110 people can see at once; we never take more than that.

How long are you at the reef?
50 minutes.

Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes, anything is welcome, including alcoholic beverages.

Are there seats on the boat?
Of course, you can sit or stand while viewing.

Can we take a baby stroller?
No, the coast guard won't allow it. We'll hold it on the dock until trip returns.

Do you get in the water to swim?
No, this is a viewing trip only.

Do you still run trips when it rains?
Yes, the rain does not affect this trip and we do run as normal (unless the captain determines otherwise).

Can you see the reef on the sunset trip?
Of course, the sun is still high in the sky and viewing is the same as during the day.

Can we take a wheel chair?
Manual wheelchairs allowed, 6 per trip (electric wheelchairs not allowed).

Do you offer pre-boarding for handicapped and elderly passengers?
Yes, this is something we are more than happy to do. The captain personally pre-boards anyone who requests it.


Jet Ski Tour

Do you have to know how to swim to ride on a jet ski?
Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a vest that will assist with flotation.

Do you provide wetsuits?
Wetsuits are available for a fee of $10 per person.

Does each person get there own jet ski?
For safety reasons we prefer to use the buddy system.

Can children ride the jet skis?
Guests 21 and younger must be accompanied by adult 22 or older. Guests 18-21 years old that have passed boaters safety test may operate the Jet Ski if they have their certification and have a photo id present. You may request to take the boaters safety test through Fury Water Adventures for a nominal fee of $3.00 per test.

Do you need a driver's license to jet ski?
We prefer that guests present their Drivers License but we also accept other forms of photo identification that show your age.

How long is each activity?
Guests will enjoy 45 to 60 minutes of Snorkeling, 6 to 8 minutes of Parasailing, 15 to 20 minutes of Jet Skiing, and unlimited Kayaking & Iceberg Climbing.

What kind of food is served?
For breakfast bagels, fresh fruit, Danishes, muffins, & orange juice is served. We serve fried chicken, sliced deli meats and cheese, potato salad, macaroni salad, assorted rolls, chips & salsa, and cookies for lunch.


Dry Tourtugas Tour

What time does the ferry leave Key West?
Boarding begins at 7:15 AM and departs at 8:00 AM

How long is the trip from Key West to Fort Jefferson?
The ride usually takes 2 hours and 10 minutes.

How big is the boat?
It is a 165 foot catamaran, air-conditioned, enclosed, with a shaded viewing cabin, snack bar, sundeck, and 4 restrooms, a snack bar and galley.

How many passengers does the yacht accommodate?
The yacht is certified to carry 250 passengers; however, to maximize the comfort of each guest, we limit each trip to 150 passengers.

What time do we arrive back in Key West?
We usually arrive in Key West by 5:30 PM.

How long are you at Fort Jefferson?
You will have a little over 4 hours to explore the island.

Can we bring food and drinks?
You may bring a small cooler with beverages to take to the beach. However, you cannot consume any alcohol from your cooler while aboard the boat, as we have a liquor license and glass containers are forbidden. And dont forget that the we provide you free breakfast and lunch. The boat also offers drinks and snacks available for purchase!.

What should I bring on the trip?
Most passengers will spend their time exploring the beaches, sunbathing, or snorkeling along the shore. You should bring a bathing suit, towels, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. A change of dry clothing will come in handy after using one of the our two fresh water rinses before the return trip home.

Can we take a baby stroller?
Yes, baby strollers are allowed.

Can we get in the water to swim?
Yes, there is a broad, sandy beach that is ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Snorkel equipment is provided at no additional charge.

Do you still run trips when it rains?
Yes, the rain does not affect this trip and we do run as normal (unless the captain determines otherwise).

Can we take a wheel chair?
Manual wheelchairs allowed (electric wheelchairs not allowed).

Do you offer pre-boarding for handicapped and elderly passengers?
Yes, this is something we are more than happy to do for anyone who requests it.

Are there mosquitoes at Fort Jefferson?
No, there are no mosquitoes due to the lack of standing water on the island.

Do cell phones work at Fort Jefferson?
No, there are no cell phone towers in the Dry Tortugas.

Can we bring scuba gear to the Dry Tortugas?
Scuba gear is not allowed, but we do provide you with snorkel gear and fins for snorkeling the reefs along the shores of the island.

How deep is the water we will be snorkeling in?
The designated snorkel area is right off shore, and depths generally range from very shallow to 15 feet.

Are IDs or passports necessary before boarding?
While you do not yet need a passport to travel within the United States, all adults must show a photo ID at check in.
